Andy is an Associate Partner in McKinsey & Company’s People and Organizational Performance Practice, where he is focused on serving clients with their talent and organizational aspirations. He has worked with a variety of Aerospace & Defense, OEM, Mobility, Industrial, and Semiconductor organizations. In his tenure, he has served more than 90 organizations in conducting organizational due diligence and driving sustainable performance improvements
Andy leads McKinsey’s research and knowledge development at the intersection of talent/organization and Aerospace & Defense
Prior to joining McKinsey & Company Andy worked at Gallup, where he served clients on employee engagement and applied behavioral economics
Andy holds a degree in Business Law and Marketing Analytics from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business
