The A&D supply chain is large and complex making it susceptible to disruption in normal times, but the past few years have brought a greater set of challenges and constraints then ever seen previously. There is a huge imbalance between manufacturer requirements and available inventory, made more complicated by volatile and uneven demand patterns. In this session we look at strategies to address this disparity and how suppliers can get better positioned, both in general and at the individual program level.
